In this role you will be a part of our Permanent Specialist Technology Recruitment team where you will be focused on the candidate side of the recruitment process. This team focuses on placing cyber, data and software professionals on a permanent basis throughout the UK and Europe. We have an entrepreneurial spirit where you will have the chance to build your own recruitment business within a business.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Technology Recruitment professional with 2 years or more of experience in placing permanent technology professionals into the UK and or Europe either within in a 360 role or 180 candidate focused role.
You will be focused on the candidate side of the recruitment process. This involves creating candidate pools, building long term relationships with your candidates and handling the candidate life cycle from end to end. You will have a clear route of progression and have the opportunity to move into a 360 recruitment role in future.
The Role:
This is a 180 candidate focused position where you will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:
* Candidate identification and interviews
* Advising and feeding back to candidates
* Attending client meetings
* Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
* Lead generation through relationship building
* Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for
What we are looking for:
This role will be suited to an experienced Technology Recruitment professional with 2 years or more of experience in placing permanent technology professionals into the UK and or Europe. Ideally you will have experience in:
* Experience in placing permanent technology professionals
* Ideally you will have 2 years or more of Technology recruitment experience
* Excellent candidate identification and delivery skills
* Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
* Have excellent communication and level of professionalism
* You will be ambitious with long term progression goals for your career
Career Progression and Training:
You will begin your role with Investigo with full end to end recruitment training. You will have the support of your team and our learning and development function. This includes:
* 121 training with your team and manager
* In person, bespoke training programmes to your desk and area you recruit into
* Full end to end training on the entire recruitment life cycle
* Online models to bolster your learning
