You'll work across different teams, systems and locations to ensure the business is prepared and the quality standard is always high.
Overview:
* Ongoing Temporary Position
* Fully Remote or London Based Office
* 9am-5:30pm with flexible hours
* £14-£15
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming phone calls
* Responding to customer emails and online
* Fulfilling customer requests
* Providing customer support
* Using computer systems to record conversation details
* Updating customer records
