Salary:
£27.000 - £28,475 per year (depending on experience)
£55 per night (based on max “10 sleep-ins/month”) → earnings £30,025-£32.800)

What You’ll Do
* Support children in daily routines, learning, and personal development.
* Promote independence, well-being, and positive behaviour.
* Build trusting relationships and work as part of a dedicated care team.
* Maintain a safe, homely environment and accurate records.
What You’ll Need
* Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or willingness to complete).
* Experience in residential childcare or a similar setting with valuable transferable skills for LD
* Empathy, reliability, and commitment to consistent care.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins (£55 per night).
* Must be aged 21+ (industry requirement).
* Driving licence (preferred but not essential)
