Our client seeks a Temporary Human Resources Business Partner based in Armagh to support directorate functions short-term in the trust. (Until November 2025)
This position is a temporary ongoing position. £27.49 per hour
Hour of work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
The purpose of this role is to support the HR Business Partners to provide comprehensive humanresource (HR) support with regard to resourcing, organisational change, employee relations (ER) and terms and conditions of employment.1.2 To provide professional HR advice and coaching to managers and support designated Trust-wide HR initiatives as agreed with the HR Business Partners and the Deputy Director of Workforce.1.3 To support the HR Business Partners to provide strategic HR focus to the Divisional ManagementTeams and their key stakeholders and provide professional and organisational development service.1.4 To proactively work with the Divisional Management Teams and HR Business Partners to support the forward planning, modernisation and performance of the workforce.The post holder will deputise for the HR Business Partners as required.
Essential Criteria:
1. Hold a CIPD
1. Demonstrable HR generalist experience in a large organisation
2. Experience of working in a complex, multi-disciplinary and culturally diverse organisation
3. Experience of undertaking Job Evaluation in the NHS
4. In depth knowledge of employment legislation and understanding of the risks of non-compliance
5. Experience of advising managers on complex situations including disciplinary, capability and grievance issues
6. Experience of supporting effective organisational change initiatives, including Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment).
7. Well-developed understanding and awareness of best-practice HR
8. Experience of working in a unionised environment
