Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings.
* Create and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and user stories.
* Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
* Prepare process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
* Perform gap analysis and recommend business solutions.
* Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful project delivery.
* Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to monitor project progress.
* Ensure documentation is updated and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies.
* Experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
* Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Office, SQL is preferred.
* Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
