2. Administrative Management and Office Operations skills
3. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Experience in social care or similar industry preferred
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
