(SEN) Primary School Teaching Assistant Location: Watford Start-date: ASAP Contract: Full-time Pay: £85-£115pd ( Dependent on experience) Supply Desk are currently seeking an enthusiastic, caring and patient educator to support SEN students with Autism Spectrum Condition and complex needs. This role is within a primary school in the Watford area, where an understanding of diverse values and backgrounds are integral to the school’s vibrant and successful culture. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship building skills with an understanding of ASC. Behavioural management will be a key part of the role day-to-day and understanding the pupils’ boundaries, whilst promoting the school’s rules and expectations, will be an integral part of the successful candidate’s role.
