Job Introduction
The EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Route to Consumer Head will lead the route to consumer capability, process and systems implementation and embedding across the markets within the region.
Main Responsibility
Lead the EMEA team developing an action plan in close collaboration with the leadership team across the regions with specific actions, accountability and ownership. Responsible for driving the distribution, outlet standards and quality activation to meet the budget targets.
Supporting the assessment, target setting, performance management, partnership and William Grant & Sons RTC commercial operating model integration with our third party distributor markets.
Bringing the functional subject matter experts to improve and embed the capability systematically across the business and developing the talent in cross functional teams.
Our Ideal Candidate
Will be a commercial leader with functional expertise in sales, route to market, key accounts, category or any other commercial function or a blend of solid commercial experience. Ideally International or regional experience and someone who can lead the cross functional teams as an expert to run our annual assessment, define a clear action plan, align and assign key stakeholders and ensure seamless execution to drive tangible results with a high degree of accountability and end-to-end ownership. Possessing solid organisational skills, influencing skills and operating with high integrity as a senior leader in a high performing team structure.
