FOREMAN RIGGER
Location: Glasgow
UK-wide industrial company
This is not a title role. This is a working foreman position in heavy industrial environments.
You'll lead crews on complex rigging and machine moving projects across safety-critical sites. You'll still be hands-on - but you'll also be the person setting standards, controlling risk and making sure the job is done properly.
What this role actually involves:
* Leading rigging and machine moving teams on live industrial sites
* Taking ownership of RAMS, permits and site safety
* Coordinating lifts, jacking, skidding and crane interface
* Acting as the point of contact between site, crew and client
* Working in environments where mistakes are not tolerated
What you'll need:
* Strong industrial rigging background
* Proven experience leading teams on site
* Solid safety mindset (COMAH / heavy industry experience preferred)
* Relevant tickets (SSSTS/SMSTS beneficial)
* Flexibility to travel and work away when required
