Location: Based near Grimsby
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

The firm seeks an experienced Civils and Drainage Engineer to work with an established team of experts in the civil engineering, drainage, and flood risk sectors.

Responsibilities
* Designing, developing, and delivering a range of drainage and other infrastructure/non:infrastructure solutions
* Working on a range of interesting projects across the residential, commercial, industrial, energy, and education sectors
* Producing reports and other technical documents to support planning applications and project delivery
* Collaborating with other teams, internal and external to the company, to deliver aspects of important, high:profile projects
* Liaising with colleagues, clients, and other significant stakeholders, acting as a trusted representative of the company
* Attending site meetings and other relevant project meetings
* Mentoring and supporting other colleagues
Required skills and experience
* A Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Demonstrable experience of working in a design:based civil engineering role, with a particular emphasis on drainage, in a UK consultancy setting
* Excellent proficiency with AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and InfoDrainage/MicroDrainage
* Sound understanding of the relevant Section Agreements (e.g., S104, S106, etc.)
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
* Good organisational skills, with the ability to work to your own initiative, as well as part of a high:performing team
* Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining the highest of standards at all times
* Hold a full, valid UK driving licence
Desirable skills and experience
* Keen interest in proactively pursuing Chartership Status
* A Masters Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar, relevant discipline)
* Proficiency with Site3D
