We are the leading service and repair centre in Harpenden and are looking to recruit an experienced Service/Parts Advisor to join our team. Working in a new, state of the art facility in one of the most sought-after areas in the country, you will join our customer facing team dealing with maintenance and repairs to all makes of vehicles.
Working every other Saturday would be part of the package. There is a 3 month probation period and wages are negotiable to the level of skill.

Experienced Service/Parts Advisor
Skills/Attributes required:
* 3 years minimum experience within an automotive workshop environment
* Main Dealership/Independent experience
* Good professionalism and ability to work as part of a team
* Have genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
* Full UK driving licence required
* Experience of parts/stock control systems
* Able to communicate technical information to customers in a clear manner
* Good computer skills
Responsibilities
* Dealing with customer enquiries in person, by phone and email
* Ordering and allocating parts
* Coordinating repairs with workshop staff
* Ensuring timely completion of customer's requests to their complete satisfaction
