KYC Enhanced Due Diligence Associate | Wiltshire Marlborough | 35 hours per week; 8.30am to 4.30pm | up to £25,000 depending on experience This is a great opportunity to join a successful firm which does something out of the ordinary and fascinating! Our client is an extremely successful and established firm whose core work area is producing detailed KYC (Know Your Customer) due diligence background reports on individuals and companies for our clients. During your initial training period (up to 9 months), you will be required to work in the office Monday to Thursday, with Fridays from home. There is the potential to work from home for one additional day upon completion of the initial training period – to be discussed and agreed. Please note- this role is primarily office-based in Marlborough, Wiltshire, and is therefore only suitable for candidates who already live within daily commuting distance. Our client will not consider applicants based outside the UK, those not within daily commuting distance, or those seeking a fully remote arrangement. Are you the right person for the job? You will be educated to degree level (however, the employer is also open to hearing from applicants who feel their particular skills and experiences outweigh their academic record) You will be hard-working and will need a high degree of accuracy, an inquisitive mind and the ability to obtain and analyse research findings You should be able to summarise complex issues in a reader-friendly style You should have a passion for writing and presenting ideas, and be able to take responsibility for your work product Ideally, you will have relevant experience for this role, but extensive training and support are given to candidates who we believe have the potential to succeed You will need the ability to work to tight timescales while maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail in your research and written reports What will your role look like? You will carry out detailed investigative research on individuals and companies on a global basis, to analyse research findings, and then write high-quality client reports based on that research The research will involve using original source material (often not originally in English) and presenting findings in a written report in English Proven skills in other languages would be an advantage for carrying out research in this role You will be working alongside our existing team members who have a variety of language skills What can you expect in return?
