As a Demand Planner, you will own robust forecasts, translating sales trends, marketing activity, and trade data into actionable insights. Working closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance, the Demand Planner ensures supply keeps pace with demand-minimising risk, maximising accuracy, and enabling confident decision-making. The ideal Demand Planner will bring 2-4 years' experience in demand planning or commercial analytics within FMCG, retail, or DTC environments. Advanced Excel skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to challenge assumptions with data are essential.
