We are seeking a Recruitment & Resourcing Partner.
This is an exciting and varied position providing the opportunity to work within our busy Group Professional Services centre. As part of our People & Culture Team and reporting to our Group Head of People & Culture, this role will require regular travel between Ballymena, London and our operational sites.
Responsibilities
* Work in partnership with People & Culture, and Planning to design and deliver an organisation-wide resourcing strategy aligned to business priorities.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from approval to onboarding.
* Support our leaders in forecasting workforce needs and building effective talent pipelines.
* Lead, in collaboration with our communications team, employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and appeal.
* Provide professional advice on recruitment strategy, selection methods, and best practice to develop our candidate experience.
* Develop relationships with agencies, universities, and community networks.
* Drive diversity and inclusion-focused recruitment initiatives, in line with our ESG goals.
* Produce regular recruitment reports and insights.
* Oversee the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate, high-quality data.
Qualifications
* Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast‑paced building services/construction environment, or looking to take a step up.
* A CIPD qualification or equivalent HR/recruitment accreditation, or time‑taught experience in recruitment.
* Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles within construction or building services sectors.
* Knowledge of UK/NI employment law and recruitment best practice.
* Skilled in using ATS platforms and interpreting recruitment analytics.
* Excellent communication, organisational, team‑working and decision‑making skills.

* A competitive salary ranging between £35,000‑£40,000
* A performance bonus ranging between 10‑20% of your annual salary
