This boutique agency has a strong and loyal client base, delivering conferences, incentives, meetings & events across the UK and internationally. Due to new business wins, we are supporting their recruitment for a Venue & Events Coordinator.
The role
The Venue & Events Coordinator will assist with conference and events administration, venue sourcing, management, and hotel bookings based on client requirements. You will research venues and destinations, negotiate rates, collaborate with DMCs, and create proposals. Attendance at industry fam trips and events to expand venue knowledge is also expected.
About you
Ideal candidates will have experience in venue sourcing and supporting events such as meetings, incentives, and conferences. Suitable backgrounds include Event Administrator, Venue Finder, or Events Coordinator roles, with agency or hotel/MICE industry experience preferred. This is an office-based role; a driving license and own car are essential.
