Help Shape a Cleaner, Greener Plymouth as an Environmental Assistant Team Leader
We’re on a mission to be the leading provider of homes and services in Britain’s Ocean City – and our Environmental Services Team plays a vital part in that. From keeping communal areas clean and safe to maintaining our green spaces and preparing empty homes for their next residents, this team helps create places people are proud to call home.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support our Ranger Teams, ensuring high standards of caretaking, grounds maintenance, and property clearances.
* Work hands-on when needed, showing flexibility and a can-do attitude.
* Plan tasks, allocate work, and make sure deadlines are met.
* Uphold excellent site presentation and service standards.
* Support a culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement.
* This is a key role in a respected, high-performing department that’s making a real difference across the city.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a small team.
* Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
* Experience using and maintaining grounds maintenance tools and machinery.
* Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt on-site.
* A focus on delivering great customer service and high-quality results.
