Service Coordinator Hereford £30,000 10% bonus We're looking for an exceptional Service Coordinator to join our commercial HVAC team to manage our field service engineers and customer relationships. This pivotal role ensures seamless service delivery while maximising engineer efficiency and customer satisfaction. What you'll be doing: Scheduling and dispatching service engineers based on urgency, location, and technical requirements Serving as primary point of contact for customers Coordinating with field technicians to prioritise calls and ensure timely completion Providing regular updates to customers throughout the service process Maintaining detailed service records and warranty documentation Processing work orders and service tickets Identifying opportunities for preventative maintenance contracts Resolving customer concerns professionally and promptly What we're looking for: 2 years of experience in a customer service role Scheduling/or supply chain experience Experience with CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce etc) Excellent communication skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Customer service mindset focused on building long-term relationships The Perks: £30,000 10 % bonus 25 days of holiday (plus bank holidays).
