About This Role
This is an outstanding opportunity to join the Trust as an Office Manager working across at least two of our 20 schools in South Yorkshire.
The Diocese of Sheffield Academies Trust offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in the development and growth of our business and operations team. The successful candidate must be flexible enough to thrive in an ever-changing environment, with the ability to work across at least two schools in Rotherham or Sheffield.
We are looking for a dedicated, dynamic, and creative colleague who is committed to teamwork and developing excellence for our pupils.
Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable but not essential. We offer excellent conditions of service, including enhanced annual leave entitlement, some hybrid working, and a very generous local government pension scheme.
The successful candidate will:
1. Be organized and experienced with Microsoft Office products and school systems such as Management Information Systems.
2. Be flexible and able to use their initiative to solve problems.
3. Be capable of multitasking effectively and managing a busy school office.
4. Have the ability to forge and maintain positive working relationships.
5. Be ambitious for themselves and the schools they serve.
6. Support the trust’s vision to enable every child to flourish without limits.
