The Role
As a Highways Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily highways maintenance and repair operations, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

1. Supervising highways operatives and subcontractors on site
2. Planning and coordinating daily work activities
3. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
4. Conducting site inspections and quality checks
5. Managing materials, equipment, and resources effectively
6. Liaising with clients, local authorities, and internal teams
7. Completing site documentation and reports
