We are recruiting an Administrator to join a busy office team at our client’s automotive site in Rochester. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid admin experience and good computer skills to support a well-established operation.
The Role:
1. Transferring data accurately between systems.
2. Handling incoming phone calls and dealing with any issues as they arise.
3. General administration duties to support the office team.
The Person:
4. Previous administration experience.
5. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
6. Confident and professional telephone manner.
7. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
8. Able to work as part of a team in a busy office environment.
