Club Membership Manager
Our Club Membership Manager works closely with wider team to create exceptional experiences for our members, building strong relationships and delivering a personalised and luxury service at every touchpoint. From membership enquiries and onboarding to daily engagement and events, and ensuring the high standards and attention to detail are consistently maintained.
Club Membership Manager - Responsibilities
* Drive membership sales, conversion and retention in line with agreed targets
* Manage the full membership journey, from enquiry and show rounds to onboarding and renewals
* Build strong relationships with members, creating a welcoming and personalised Club experience
* Monitor membership performance through KPIs, reporting on sales, retention, renewals and member feedback
* Support membership growth through campaigns, networking events, local outreach and social media activity
* Promote and upsell all Club and Spa services, including treatments, retail products and personal training
* Plan and deliver a varied annual Club events calendar to strengthen engagement and community
* Handle member queries and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service standards
* Maintain accurate membership administration, databases, forecasts, reports and renewal processes
* Represent the Cliveden brand professionally at all times, maintaining confidentiality, attention to detail and high service standards
