As a Swim Manager at our clubs, you'll need to have an ASA or STA Level 2 qualification or be an experienced manager where you have deliver commercial targets, together with passionate about helping multiple generations to swim, team working skills and not to mention an infectious enthusiasm that inspires everyone you work with.
As a Swim Manager you will:
* Whether they're a complete beginner or an experienced swimmer every one of our clients looks forward to a terrific time when they're at our pool. With your passion, enthusiasm and sheer love of swimming, you're just the person to make sure that they enjoy exactly that.
* You will be part of the Management Team reporting directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager
* You will have full responsibility and accountability for Swim class programming within the centre, covering the management, governance, and active selling of the product and services in the Swim classes timetable.
* You will be responsible for the continual improvement of site standards with internal swim instructors.
* You will also be the role model for responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members
* Ensure the Swim Team deliver Service as It should be to all of our members
* Support other departments in understanding all areas of the swim programme
* Program within multi site venues, covering the management, governance, and active selling of these products and services: Children's Group Swimming Lessons (Swim School, Preschool & Parent and child), Children 1:1s, Adult Group and 1:1 swimming lessons. This will be achieved by innovating and supporting our evolving swim proposition, thereby resulting in the delivery of budgeted revenue through these propositions.
