Enterprise Sales Development Representative

About the Role
As an SDR you will focus on outbound prospecting, booking meetings with key decision makers, and qualifying inbound leads. You will collaborate closely with an Account Executive to execute creative outreach strategies, test messaging with marketing, and achieve joint pipeline goals.
Responsibilities
* Drive new enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead triage.
* Identify, engage, and book meetings with key decision makers in target accounts.
* Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute creative outreach strategies.
* Help build and refine the enterprise outbound playbook; test messaging and share field feedback.
* Maintain qualified opportunities for the sales team by following up on inbound leads in a timely manner.
Qualifications
* 1+ years in a pipeline generation role or a heavily process‑oriented role.
* Demonstrated track record in an early‑stage company or a highly ambiguous environment.
* Experience with a complex and consultative sales cycle.
