Local Authority Occupational Health Advisor – North Yorkshire
Pay: £35 per hour
Contract: Part‑time (15–20 hours per week) – Agency post
Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire, with flexible option to work from home when necessary
Key Responsibilities
* Case management for Occupational Health & Well‑being services across the Council, schools, academies and external contracts
* Deliver occupational health services, health promotion activities and health surveillance programmes to managers and staff
* Self‑manage workload with high autonomy, ensuring clinical and operational standards are met
* Provide customer‑focused performance solutions and proactive occupational health advice
Qualifications
* Occupational Health qualified; preferably NMC Part 3 registered Occupational Health Advisor
* Proven track record of working to high clinical and operational standards in a similar role
* Experience in managing a personal caseload and delivering health promotion programmes
