Role Description
As an Administration Officer at Thrive, you will be at the heart of our charity’s daily operations, ensuring that our team and activities run smoothly and efficiently. This pivotal role is ideal for someone who works well in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is passionate about supporting a mission‑driven charity. You will work closely with colleagues across all levels, providing essential administrative, HR and operational support and contributing to the positive culture and success of Thrive.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Office based – Taunton, Somerset
Term of contract: permanent
Holiday: 25 days per year plus bank holidays (pro rata)
