Senior Practice Manager – Central London Clinic
We are recruiting a Senior Practice Manager for our first Central London clinic, responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving financial performance, and leading a high‑performing multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Operations & Leadership
* Lead all aspects of daily clinic operations to ensure seamless, safe, and efficient service delivery.
* Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of Radiographers and Patient Liaisons.
* Maintain exceptional patient experience standards aligned with Prenuvo’s global brand.
* Champion a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Regulatory & Compliance (CQC)
* Partner with the Clinical Leader to maintain full CQC compliance across all regulated activities.
* Lead preparation for CQC inspections, audits, and external evaluations.
* Uphold data governance, safety protocols, and clinical quality standards in line with UK healthcare regulations.
Operational & Financial Management
* Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, procurement, and facility operations to optimise efficiency.
* Monitor and analyse KPIs – patient satisfaction, utilisation, and financial performance – and implement improvement action plans.
* Develop and execute operational plans that support growth and scalability.
* Manage clinic budgets and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Sales, Growth & Business Development
* Drive patient volume and revenue growth through local outreach, community engagement, and partner relationships.
* Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to execute local patient acquisition strategies.
* Represent Prenuvo in the community, fostering partnerships and raising awareness of proactive healthcare.
What You'll Bring
Essential
* 5+ years of senior leadership experience in private healthcare practice or clinic management, preferably in a high‑end or diagnostic setting.
* Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering exceptional patient care and operational outcomes.
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards, governance frameworks, and UK healthcare compliance requirements.
* Commercially savvy with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and KPIs.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly organised and proactive, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment.
* Located within a reasonable commuting distance to Fitzrovia/Central London (under 45 minutes).
Desirable
* Previous clinical background (e.g., radiography, nursing, physiotherapy) with professional registration (HCPC, NMC).
* BLS Certification.
* Experience launching or scaling new clinics or healthcare services.
* Familiarity with MRI or advanced diagnostic imaging environments.
