*Candidate must have previous Executive Search experience and be available within or on a 1-month notice A global Executive Search firm that provides consulting and talent solutions is looking for a proactive and dynamic EA to work with a partner within their Industrial Practice Division. This is a fantastic company who have just moved into new offices with a great working culture. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end administration of the search process. Manage candidate scheduling, meetings, travel and communications. Provide project management support and maintain accurate database records. Build strong relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues. Support account management, expenses, invoicing and reporting. Format, proofread and prepare client deliverables. Manage complex calendars, inboxes and travel for Partners. Arrange business development meetings (UK & international). Act as the first point of contact for clients and candidates. Provide ad-hoc EA and reception support when needed. Qualifications & Experience Strong administrative/project management background in Executive Search. Skilled in handling confidential information and liaising at senior levels. Business acumen with financial awareness. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word); database experience a plus. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening). Experience in fast-paced, demanding environments. A-Level education or degree. Salary £58,000-£63,000 DOE, hybrid working options.
