Sky is launching an exciting new graduate programme within Sky Business Sales — a fast‑growing area focused on delivering broadband, mobile, TV, and sports packages to businesses such as hotels, pubs, and other commercial venues.
As part of a brand‑new initiative, you will join a small, tight‑knit cohort of graduates and receive structured training, real client interactions, and rotational placements across different sales functions. This programme is ideal for ambitious graduates who want to build a career in commercial sales and strategy.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll spend the first 6 months of the programme based at our Leeds office in a desk‑based role. After this initial rotation you will have the opportunity to be based from Leeds or Osterley, while also travelling across the country to meet clients — one week you could be in Plymouth, the next in London.
* Initial 6‑month placement in Leeds – desk‑based learning and onboarding
* Internal training delivered by Sky Business experts
* Handling small client accounts and learning the fundamentals of Business‑to‑Business (B2B) sales
* Rotational placements across different sales functions, such as Wholesale Sales, Direct Sales, Account Management, Customer Retention, and Acquisition
During the two‑year programme, you’ll gain a deep understanding of how Sky Business operates and how we deliver value to our clients. You’ll develop hands‑on experience working directly with clients – building relationships, understanding their needs, tailoring solutions, and supporting sales growth and customer retention.

This programme is open to graduates from any degree discipline. The most important attributes are a mindset focused on learning, curiosity, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Other things we’re looking for
* A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
* Ability to relocate to Leeds for the first 6 months
* Willingness to travel across the country
Right to work: Successful candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK from the start date. This role does not qualify under current UK visa sponsorship criteria.
Salary structure: £32,000 per annum plus £2,000 relocation allowance for all, after 6 months – £35,000 per annum for those in Osterley and £32,000 per annum for those staying in Leeds, plus commission and a company car.
