What We’re Looking For:
* Experience – 2 years of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years
* Experience – 6+ months of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years in a Senior HCA role
* Eligibility – Right to work in the UK
* Qualification – NVQ3 qualification or SVQ3 qualification required for this role
* Registration – If applying in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you’ll need the relevant SSSC, SCW, or NISCC registration (not required in England)
* Skills – Knowledge of care equipment and safe handling techniques
* Qualities – Teamwork, flexibility, professionalism, and a compassionate approach
