About the Role
Each shift is 24hours with a sleep in night
We’re looking for a kind, compassionate person to join a fantastic team supporting a young woman with a spinal cord injury in Stratford‑upon‑Avon.
She lives with her sister and a cheeky tabby cat — so being pet‑friendly is essential. She loves rare plants, greenery, and mindful hobbies, and enjoys getting out to explore new places and experiences.
Your role is to enable her to live her best life, supporting her with daily activities, personal care, and the things she loves.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting daily living and personal care needs
* Assisting with mobility and bowel management
* Helping her enjoy hobbies, outings, and new experiences
* Working confidently around pets
* Following care plans and instructions
* Bringing warmth, humour, and a “can‑do” attitude
* Working along side other professionals 3 times a day
Full training is provided — previous complex care experience is helpful but not essential.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* Experience with bowel management
* A good listener with a willingness to learn
* Comfortable working around pets
* Reliable driver with own vehicle
