A public sector organisation in Bath are looking to appoint a part-time purchase ledger assistant.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
1. Registering and prioritising invoices for payment
2. Assist in processing batch payments
3. Maintaining an excellent working relationship with suppliers to enable prompt resolution of queries
4. Process manual payment vouchers
5. Process online travel claims
6. Create weekly BACs payment runs
What you'll need to succeed
7. The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a similar role.
8. You will work well both within a team and independently
9. Excellentmunication skills
