Mana Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across schools in Kettering and Thrapston. The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and SENCOs to: - Provide one-to-one and small-group support for children with additional needs. - Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive social interactions. - Support pupils with autism, ADHD, and emotional or behavioural difficulties. - Promote inclusion and ensure all pupils feel valued and supported. About You: We welcome applications from candidates with experience or qualifications in SEN/SEND support, such as: - Relevant experience working with children with additional needs - Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning - Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools Additional training such as Team Teach, Makaton, PECS, or Autism Awareness is an advantage.
