Residential Children's Support Worker - Children's Home (EBD) Location: Clayton-le-Woods Salary: Qualified (Level 3/4 Children & Young People Workforce) - £30,712.50 per annum. Unqualified - £27,868.75 Bonuses: Monthly Attendance Bonus: £150 per month after 6-month probation (£1,800 per annum). On-call: Minimum 3 per month at £20 standby (£720 per annum) Contract: Full-time, permanent Service: EBD children's home with a highly-centred therapeutic approach Howard Finley Care is delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established children's residential provider to recruit Residential Children's Support Workers for an EBD children's home based in Clayton-le-Woods. The service supports children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties within a therapeutic environment, working closely alongside onsite professionals to achieve positive, long-term outcomes.
