Recycling Operative - Tunbridge Wells
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: 08:00 - 16:30
Rota: 5 days out of 7 (must be available weekends)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Pay: £12.21 per hour
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Recycling Operatives to join our client based in Tunbridge Wells on a temp to perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, stable work with a reputable and environmentally conscious employer.
Key Duties:
* Assisting members of the public with waste and recycling disposal
* Sorting and separating recyclable materials
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site
* Providing excellent customer service
* Following all site health and safety procedures
✅ Requirements:
* Must be available to work weekends as part of a 5/7 rota
* Reliable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Previous recycling or waste management experience is beneficial but not essential
