An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment+ Retrofit business for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a dynamic Partnership team covering our East Midlands region.
Reporting to the Refurbishment Manager, and working within a wider delivery team, you will deliver a first-class customer experience, driving high levels of satisfaction on social housing refurbishment contracts.
You’ll be involved with all aspects of communication with tenants before, during, and after improvement works. You’ll develop key client contacts to ensure that residents are fairly represented and that service delivery is maintained at the highest possible level.
We are looking for a proactive and engaging individual with exceptional communication skills and customer service experience. You will have good administration skills, be comfortable using Microsoft Office, and ideally have some experience with CRM systems.
You will be an experienced Resident Liaison Officer with a proven track record of successfully managing workloads across planned maintenance programmes. You’ll have good knowledge of internal and external programmes.
