Operations / Hard-Services Manager – London Salary: £70,000 + benefits Location: West End / Central London – Multiple Heritage Sites Sector: Client-Direct – Heritage / Cultural Sites About the Role: We’re searching for an experienced Operations / Hard-Services Manager to join a client-direct estates team managing several iconic heritage buildings in Central London. You will lead engineering, maintenance, compliance and CapEx programmes across a diverse and historic estate. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all M&E / hard-services delivery, including PPM, reactive maintenance & life-cycle works. * Lead a team of engineers, supervisors and specialist contractors. * Ensure all statutory compliance, risk assessments, and H&S obligations are met. * Control operational budgets, procurement and contractor performance. * Oversee CapEx / life-cycle projects and provide technical input for heritage conservation. * Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and heritage bodies.
