A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the S36 area of Sheffield is seeking a committed and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning across Key Stage 2. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in pupil progress and development within a supportive school setting.

Role: KS2 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time | Long-term (potential for permanent placement)
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering lessons and interventions in KS2, in the absence of the teacher
* Supporting pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
* Assisting with planning, preparation, and classroom management
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support individual needs
* Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification (Level 4 or above)
* Proven experience supporting pupils in KS2
* Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and learning needs
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
