The Role
We are seeking a talented Corporate Real Estate Counsel to join the London office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, cross-border deals and collaborate with market-leading professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on corporate real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
* Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and ancillary documentation.
* Managing transactions from inception to completion, liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
* Supporting senior lawyers on strategic matters and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3–5 years PQE in corporate real estate.
* Strong experience in M&A and investment structures within the real estate sector.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
