Operations develops and manages processes and controls for every new product launch and trade execution.

Regulatory Operations is a global team ensuring compliance with non-financial regulatory reporting obligations. We work across the firm and industry to accurately report firm and client data to regulators, maintaining high standards of operational design and controls to manage regulatory risk. How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
* Contribute to executing non-financial regulatory reporting obligations and develop expertise in this area.
* Perform data analysis to detect anomalies, investigate issues, and work with large and sample data sets.
* Advise on regulatory risks and requirements to support commercial activities.
* Analyze internal and external regulatory inquiries.
* Identify system issues, document requirements, and perform testing to resolve issues.
* Verify, validate, and test data provided by Engineering before submission.
* Participate in developing the strategic control framework for Regulatory Operations.
* Collaborate across business lines and stakeholder groups on strategic initiatives.
* Build strong internal and external relationships to support reporting functions.
* Engage in industry discussions to improve reporting standards.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree with experience in financial services.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Influencing skills and proactive attitude.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Interest in global financial markets.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in Operations Control or related areas.
* Knowledge of financial markets and regulatory landscape, including trade lifecycle.
* Experience with regulatory reporting like MiFID, EMIR, SFTR.
* Business requirements writing, solution identification, and testing experience.
* Participation in large regulatory reporting projects.
* Knowledge of financial products and regulatory processes.
* Understanding of Margin and Valuation processes.
* Industry group participation and influence.
* Project management and business analysis skills.
* Experience with large data sets and BI tools; SQL/Alteryx advantageous.
