Location: Sawston, Cambridge | Office-based (with flexibility if needed)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 07:30am-4:30pm (40 hour week)
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 DOE + Commission + Company Bonus

We\'re on the lookout for a Business Development Executive to join a vibrant team and help fuel growth by generating qualified leads and booking meetings for field sales reps. This is a pivotal role in the sales engine, and we\'re looking for someone who\'s ready to hit the ground running.
What You\'ll Be Doing
* Making high-volume outbound calls (approx. 100 dials/day) to generate 5-10 qualified meetings per week
* Working closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and follow up with tailored resources
* Using Pipedrive CRM to manage leads, track activity, and maintain a healthy pipeline
* Collaborating with field sales colleagues to ensure meetings are aligned with territory and customer fit
* Asking smart qualifying questions to ensure prospects meet the ideal customer profile
Requirements
* A confident, resilient communicator who\'s comfortable spending most of their day on the phone
* Someone with a proactive mindset and a hunger to succeed
* Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage their own workload and targets
* Experience in a similar outbound sales or lead generation role is ideal, but we\'re open on industry background
