Responsibilities Performing audio typing of legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and speed Managing and maintaining legal files and documentation in an organised manner Drafting and editing legal documents using Microsoft Word and other Office applications Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates using Microsoft Outlook Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports in Microsoft PowerPoint Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently Providing general administrative support including photocopying, filing, and data entry Ensuring timely completion of tasks through effective time management and prioritisation
