Social Media Lead
Our client, a fast-growing premium ticketing marketplace in London, is hiring a Social Media Lead to own their organic social presence and bring the brand to life at live events.
This hands-on role goes beyond desk work. You’ll attend premium sports, music, and cultural events to capture real-time content, appear on camera, and build community — while leading strategy, content, and influencer work between events.
What You’ll Do
* Lead organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and emerging platforms
* Attend live events (evenings, weekends & matchdays) to capture behind-the-scenes content and premium experiences
* Appear on camera as a brand face – hosting, presenting, and engaging authentically with fans
* Build and nurture an engaged online community through conversations and real-time interaction
* Manage content calendar and brief AI agents + creators for consistent on-brand output
* Collaborate with our SEO & content agency partner to align social and search strategies
* Lead influencer and UGC programmes from talent identification to execution
* Use audience insights and data to inform content and marketing decisions
1. What You’ll Need
* 2+ years in social media, content creation or brand marketing
* Proven hands-on content creation skills (portfolio or active social presence essential)
* Confident and natural on camera with an engaging presence
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube trends and algorithms
* Genuine passion for live events, sport, music or culture
* Flexible with evenings, weekends and event days (time off in lieu provided)
* Experience working with agencies or external partners
* Bonus: familiarity with AI tools or SEO-aware content thinking
2. Location Full-time, 5 days a week in our client’s Victoria, London HQ (when not at events). In-person role in a dynamic environment.
