Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering complex technology projects? Royal Mail is seeking 3x Senior Project Manager (Technology) within Commerical and Central Functions to take end-to-end ownership of high-impact initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure across multiple technology projects (up to £5m).
* Define scope, secure investment, mobilise teams, and manage stakeholder engagement.
* Drive delivery using structured methodologies, ensuring robust governance, risk management, and financial control.
* Act as Systems Integrator, aligning internal and external deliverables into a cohesive solution.
* Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
What You'll Bring:
* Solid experience delivering complex technology projects.
* Proven leadership in matrix environments with strong stakeholder management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Certifications such as APMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (or equivalent experience).
* A growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and a customer-centric approach.
