Job Title: Senior Brand Manager - Consumer Executive Lead
Location: UK, Lily House, Basingstoke
Reports to: Customer Execution Lead, Northern European Hub
Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid
The Consumer Execution Lead is responsible for developing and executing consumer-facing initiatives to create remarkable experiences across patients' healthcare journeys. This role involves partnering with brands and cross-functional teams to embed a consumer mindset organization-wide.
The successful candidate will drive the implementation of innovative consumer capabilities, execute disease state education campaigns, develop media strategies, manage agencies, develop digital solutions, and establish data/KPI measurement frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop annual marketing plans and budgets for assigned brands.
2. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Digital, Sales, Medical Affairs, Legal) and external partners (Agencies, Vendors) to develop comprehensive multi-channel campaigns.
3. Oversee creative development for assigned brands.
4. Coordinate production of marketing materials, promotional items, videos, websites, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
5. Work with Medical Affairs to develop appropriate scientific content for diverse audiences.
6. Manage the launch of new assets, including planning, implementation, communication, training, and evaluation.
7. Monitor competitive environment and adapt strategies accordingly.
8. Identify opportunities to increase patient access through advocacy.
9. Ensure compliance with corporate standards and FDA regulations.
10. Maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, professional organizations, and advocacy groups.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Over 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably in DTC settings with agency management experience.
3. Strong strategic, leadership, and team management skills.
4. Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong project management skills and results-oriented mindset.
