C&E Assistant C&E Assistant Department: C&E Hospitality Employment Type: Permanent Location: Joie Stadium Reporting To: Samanta Dubois Description We are looking for a professional and service-focused Hospitality Waiter/Waitress to support the delivery of high-quality lunches, dinners, and meeting hospitality within a corporate HQ environment. This role plays a key part in delivering a polished, discreet, and efficient service across executive meetings, conferences, and private dining settings. You will work closely with the wider hospitality and kitchen teams to ensure guests receive a consistently excellent experience, aligned with premium service standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver food and beverage service for meetings, conferences, lunches, and dinners within HQ spaces Set up, service, and clear meeting rooms and event spaces to a high standard Provide attentive, professional, and discreet front-of-house service Ensure all service areas are clean, organised, and presentation-ready at all times Support larger-scale conferences and events when required Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards Communicate effectively with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Previous experience in hospitality, waiting, or corporate catering (hotel, events, fine dining, or similar preferred) Confident delivering service in a professional or executive environment Strong attention to detail and presentation Excellent communication and customer service skills Calm, reliable, and able to adapt to changing schedules and service demands A positive, team-focused attitude Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality service Comfortable working in a quiet, professional HQ setting as well as larger conference environments Flexible and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility Job Benefits Meals on Shifts - Enjoy lunch & dinner while you work.
