Our Store Managers are inspiring retail leaders passionate about sales and products. The role involves recruiting, developing, and leading a motivated team, maintaining high sales standards, and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and engage your team to embody brand values daily, promoting an inclusive and positive workplace.
* Own all sales and profit results, managing costs, payroll, sales KPIs, and operational standards.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate role model behaviors.
* Communicate effectively across the store and with external partners, building strong relationships.
* Foster a supportive, productive, and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
* Ensure policies and procedures related to security, health & safety, stock management, and operations are understood and followed.
* Innovate to enhance customer loyalty and promote the brand within the community.
* Coordinate stock management and store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
* Lead change management initiatives and motivate the team to adapt to new ways of working.
* Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Proven sales success and ability to meet KPIs.
* Adaptability and flexibility in scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Passion for our brands and retail trends.
* Strong communication, customer service, and team development skills.
* Experience with POS systems and budget management.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
