Join Our Team as a Customer Support Advisor!

Position: Contact Centre – Customer Support Advisor

Salary: £17,472 + fantastic rewards and recognition scheme

Hours: 25 hours per week

Location: Medina Foodservice – Isle of Wight

This is a part-time role with 25 hours per week. You’ll work approximately 5 hours each day, with shifts scheduled between 6 AM and 4 PM. Flexibility is key, especially during busy periods, and weekend shifts will be on a rota basis.


Your Role



Key Responsibilities:

* Process all orders and collections accurately, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
* Meet set KPIs, answering calls in a timely manner to align with company targets.
* Understand the impact of customer service across the business by maintaining department structure.
* Build and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
* Gain in-depth knowledge of your assigned customers’ businesses and expectations.
* Act as the first point of contact for customer issues, investigating and collaborating for swift resolutions.
* Take ownership of customer queries, keeping systems updated and coordinating with other departments as needed.
* Process customer comments, complaints, and correspondence according to our established procedures.
* Maintain effective communication with customers and schedule callbacks when necessary.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
