Your New Company: We are working with a pioneer in the Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) market, leading the next evolution in legal services through AI-integrated contracting. They are seeking a Contracts Specialist to join as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Liverpool. Our client is a market leader in Integrated Law, combining Traditional Law, New Law, and In-house legal expertise to deliver complex legal work at scale. They collaborate with corporate legal departments to address increasing demands and complexity of transactional legal work. Your Role: As a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, providing general support to the contracts management and in-house legal teams. You should be a team player, capable of collaborating with technical and non-technical audiences, and possess a result-driven, energetic, confident, curious, and engaging personality.
Responsibilities include:
* Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
* Working with in-house legal teams on various matters such as international deals, procurement, and media.
* Managing caseloads and ensuring compliance with delivery processes.
* Updating and managing data in company and client systems.
* Developing contract templates and tools for the team.
* Contributing to service improvement and value addition.
Requirements:
* Law Degree or legal qualification.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* At least 4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail.
* Client-facing experience and commercial awareness.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word.
* Alignment with company values: Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability, Stewardship.
Desirable:
* Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services.
* In-house legal experience.
