The Hand and Spear is an iconic landmark with a fascinating history behind it. Located next to the train station in Weybridge we have a beautiful boutique hotel, several rooms for both dining and special events and a large bar and several areas outside both covered and uncovered. We are a British gastro pub offering fresh seasonal food, real ales, premium wines and lovely cocktails. Responsibilities
* Ensure the safety and security of guests and the pub/hotel during night shifts.
* Greet guests, handle late check-ins and respond to guest requests with a high level of service.
* Set up for breakfast service and carry out health and safety checks and audits as necessary.
* Maintain room standards and assist with any required tasks overnight.

What we look for in a Night Porter
As the successful Night Porter you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality, be self-motivated and willing to work alone at times. You will have experience working in a similar environment, have excellent communication skills and an impeccable eye for detail.
