As an experienced social worker, you’ll be a key player in leading safeguarding enquiries, navigating complex situations, and making critical decisions that directly impact lives. You’ll work closely with individuals, families, and multi-agency partners to ensure that every adult receives the protection, support, and respect they deserve.

What You’ll Do:
* Lead safeguarding enquiries under Section 42 of the Care Act
* Work with adults at risk, their families, and multi-agency partners
* Assess risk, implement protection plans, and promote wellbeing.
* Provide expert advice and guidance across the wider adult social care service
* Contribute to service development and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
* Social Work England registration
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, policy, and best practice
* Experience in complex case management and multi-agency working
* Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
* A commitment to rights-based, person-centred practice.
